The huge commercial gyms are really intimidating. It is almost like they are designed to make you feel super uncomfortable: Dress you up in skin tight outfits and then surround you with dozens of strangers watching you.
So we designed our gyms to be small, friendly environments designed for regular people trying to get into better shape

Our gyms are boutique gyms which focus on:

- providing top quality personal training via our hand-picked trainers to give you assistance with your workouts
Our gym setup is not only less intimidating – it is a lot more EFFECTIVE in helping you trim down, tone up and improve your health and fitness.
Instead of being surrounded by crowds of strangers assessing you, we offer a much more private and friendly environment. Our gyms limit their membership to only 50 people so you’re never surrounded by a crowd and you’ll almost always recognize those people working out with you. That in itself makes a huge difference! We then partner that with high quality personal trainers for those members who want to do personal training.
Our business model is built around offering you great personal training which deliver you great results. Assuming we deliver that consistently, you’ll continue to come back for more and recommend your friends as well. So OUR success is dependent on YOUR success.
Contrast that to the big gym chains whose business model is built on you buying a membership and then not using it. They are hoping you’ll sign up and then not come! Is it any wonder the results of most people are so bad in that kind of environment?
The other key ingredient in our obtaining great results for you is our trainers. Our trainers are exceptional. However, you do not need to be super fit or skilled to take advantage of that. Instead, our primary focus is on helping everyday people who want to get fitter, stronger and leaner do exactly that. We certainly have clients who are high level competitive athletes. But you’ll feel equally welcome and comfortable with us even if you have never set foot in a gym before.
We are not a body-building gym
We have a ton of respect for body builders and their discipline and work ethic. However, our gyms are not designed for body builders. Instead, they are tailored to making our members stronger, healthier, more functionally capable – and in most cases leaner. Our goal is to make you stronger and healthier, not to make you huge. The reality is most of our clients are looking to lose weight and tone up in a healthy manner rather than get huge. Sure, plenty of them would love to have (or maintain) six pack abs, super toned glutes or a great set of pecs and arms – but most of them are not looking to look like The Rock.
Our Training Philosophy
We are not big believers in the rows and rows of machines you see in most commercial gyms. Whether you are a lady or a guy, we believe you will get much better results focusing on key body weight exercises and utilizing kettle bells, dumbbells, barbells etc (free weights).
